Near Surface Resource in production in 2023, page-22

The Youanmi Near Surface Resource will be in production next year imo but will Rox own it?
Below is the Ramelius mining camp down the road from Youanmi.

The Penny project will be a major milestone for Ramelius as Penny is arguably one of the highest grades, lowest cost mines currently being developed in Australia and will become a key asset for the Company over the coming years (RMS)

But Penny has a Reserve of only 230,000 ozs Au and will be mined out within a few years after commencement next year.
Impossible to believe that Ramelius are not watching Rox closely to see what the Near Surface JORC will be.
Grade will be important because they will want to truck to their Checkers Mill at Mt Magnet but give the Deeps potential I wouldn't rule out RMS building a plant at Youanmi.
RMS is cashed up with the workforce to put a plant at Younami very quickly by industry standards.
The price of gold will encourage them to strike.
The RMS Board will not sanction a TO bid without an compelling JORC, preferably a Reserve but a JORC with mostly indicated or measured gold ozs is enough.
Rox say they will deliver a JORC by June along with a Scoping Study that RMS will be keen to see.
Instos currently hold 22% of Rox + BOD holdings and a few welded on retail holders which is close to a blocking stake but not there yet.
Rox is a compelling TO target imo.
