they literally decided to bring forward Flames by 6 months?
The market would have SMASHED BRK for a CR.
The CR at 1.8c would have been 1.5c maybe? free options maybe? Dilution comes with it!
The notes, even at 25-30% interest are a MUCH better option than a CR. delusional.
