My local connection in UK said it was reported in the news that there is discussion that the 2 wells will not be plug but will be handed over to BGS for further research. He said they saw the crane has gone up at the site but the work is not started until next Monday. Not sure which one is true the local or the newspaper. I tend to trust the local more.
