Are costs associated with seperation of the 2 centro entities (cer and cnp) tax deductible? This is likely to cost a significant amount of money.
My opinion is that there will be a very small distribution as the money will be spent on what ever they can 'creatively' put in the tax deductible category and use to help the business, i am all for this as long as we dont get some sort of capital raising. The board should either give us real distributions for hanging on to this stock knowing we may risk a dilution of some kind OR make us wait now and thus reap more benefits in the long term. The second option is definitely my preference.
