Ann: ABR: Implementation of Scheme, page-16

First post here ever and really appreciate all the information you all are sharing here.
I apparently did not read the Scheme Booklet well enough as it looks like I'm an Ineligble Foreign Shareholder being located in the Netherlands..
However it seems that my shares did already get updated to 5E Advanced Materials at my Brokerage.
Would any of you know what will happen?

I did find this following sentence in the Scheme Booklet: ".... unless Holdco determines that it is lawful and not unduly onerous or impracticable to issue Holdco Securities in that jurisdiction if the Scheme becomes Effective."
