Im not focussed on the exact maths but the manner in which information is given by INL Directors eg La Jolla being a "new cornerstone investor" when in my opinion they are clearly not.
But if you are talking about facts I read the appendix 3b which reported $55,001 for 4,661,024 shares issued. That makes a price of 1.18001 cents per share.
