Time will tell I suppose. I wasn't saying that lightly, there are certain recapitalised stocks trading well under book value for example, trying to recover from their low capital raising price. Others with franked returns at more than what you can get in a bank. Others with very promising projects and assets. In the long run dividends should be less than a bank deposit rate because all things being equal it is in real terms.
