If you think it's too risky, then don't buy any, or only buy a couple with money you can afford to lose.
Taking risk is the business we're in. Where there's no risk there's very little reward.
I'd add that the market is forward looking though. Certainty of production will happen way before 2012 so the share price will rise long before then if all goes to plan.
