    The issue that a lot of posters have missed is that Vrx is beholden to the epa. If the epa changes the goal posts then vrx needs to adjust its game.
    Its irrelvant if the epa is a cumbersome beast or not, if you want their sign off you must go yes sir, three bags full sir. Not just complain and blame them. Vrx needs to drop their arrogance.
