More dilution on an already around 2B SOI stock. And if done near current prices at a further discount, how do you raise money of that magnitude without absolutely wrecking shareholders permanently. Like I said we better hope that the debt portion covers the absolute big time majority of the finance and that the share price is a lot higher by then.
