When were the board planning to tell shareholders;

1. That the TGA submission is at least 6 months away
2. That Sales have not been made (in contradiction to the statements in the media)
3. That some trials have not started and others that have started have stopped
4. That they are experiencing manufacturing issues and have not yet resolved them
5. That battery commercialization is 12-24 months away (if at all successful)
6. That only 10,000 tests have been manufactured (That will most likely have to be written off soon)
