I am simply basing my observation based on decades of experience in the rare earths industry. I could certainly be wrong and only hope the best for VML (or any company for that fact). I know all these people personally for years and just letting the forum know what the real situation is. Make your own financial decisions and certainly do not take my advice (since I'm not giving any).
