Ann: Binding offtake agreement signed with LG Energy Solution, page-1583

I wrote an email to the Queensland Government to see if they could give me more info on the $175 million Jobs and Regional Growth fund as it pertains to Australian Mines LTD. The response has been detailed below. I'm trying to find out if all the timelines/requirements are being fulfilled or/and if the government and AUZ has readjusted the timelines/requirements. I will let y'all know if I get the response back from Queensland Treasury.

Australian Mines Ltd is one of the announced projects to receive financial assistance through the now closed $175 million Jobs and Regional Growth Fund, subject to meeting obligations under a confidential funding agreement.
