Re technicals,
COE is showing a continuation triangle in the bar
chart.
In close only, chart the pattern is an ascending triangle
with volume behaviour drying up.
Both patterns forcast an upside break.
Support at the gap 23c-24c, ideal entry at any pullback
or false down break to cover the gap to 23c.
Technical watch dates october 4 and october 11.
A positive re rating is not far away imo
