Either ;
A. Geological consultant showing confidence in the company (which it states in the announcement) by taking his fee in shares in lieu of cash OR.
B. Company is short of cash to pay him.
With S32 paying the bills, B is not even a consideration in my book.
I guess it has to be A.
Pretty obvious when you think about it.
