You have no doubt lost money and you think you can justify your poor performance by saying you some how making a difference that is understandable but to falsley put good dedicated and selfless people in a poor light is too far.
Reserching 12 hours a day for 60K and directors working for free is not the same as a billionare paying top dollar to outsource everything. This is as ethical as any company but its not charity and you are not here because you want to give back. You have just lost money and so have I but I'm not some sort of hero. Get real.
