I take "exquisite synergy" to mean a precise interaction between the multiple factors the have described to produce a degree of effectiveness that is far stronger than would be expected by simply adding each factor together. In simple terms they have put together 4 key pieces of a puzzle in exactly the right places to open the lock, if you get my meaning.
