But isn't withholding tax usually just a straight 50% ? (not sure how that works as I've always disclosed my tax file number)
I have no idea whats going on here as I've received the correct dividend payment amount from both New Hope Corp and Oil Search within this financial year so my tax details are all current and should not have affected the amount paid out by Whitehaven. Big head scratcher.
