I think they don't need to sell it...they can separated this and run as a separate listed company with its own ticker and MC of $335 if at least........it pays dividends ......i am fine with that approach....150m shaes is not a deal...its a steal........all cash of $335 can still be considered......not the 2nd cashoption from LATITUDe
