The US only invaded Afghanistan and Iraq in recent years because of the war on terrorist so these invasion weren't unprovoked. The others weren't provoked invasion, they were assisting their allies who were already fighting a civil war. If any US President invade the Russia unprovoked, this will be seen as totally different by the US citizen and the world, like how Russia is seen right now. I've discussed this numerous time with other posters here, how can you not see the difference?
