I dont think a fund raising is needed. The RJ Hunter well is already drilled to depth and cased, so it doesn't need an expensive rig. The rig hire time should be minimal, and it just needs to cut through the casing above the collapsed zone and then drill down to depth. Then the well could be tested. Thats the important bit. Testing the well will give better indication of the reservoir capacity. The casing collapsed due to a higher than expected pressure in the formation when they originaly perforated. The timing for execution is to be early in 2010 I understand.
