CSTO was formed in 1992 with six members and still has only six members . Of course no country feels threatened by CSTO.
Unlike NATO which is an aggressive, expansionist military alliance of the most powerful imperialist countries in the world and has conducted a series of devastating wars of aggression from Serbia to Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya. Any non NATO country has every right to feel threatened by NATO , wether they directly border a NATO country or not.
