you can argue whether i am 'assuming' or not, but that isnt the point of my post - my post is to point out the flaw in yours. so you can keep trying to find irrelevant errors in my post and continue to ignore that you were wrong in your analysis.

i have not taken anything to be fact. I am simply analysing a scenario that you presented.

exm may well never get to production. it may well raise cpaital many many more times. i am not saying the next capital raising will be higher than 2.8cents.

I am saying that, in the scenario that you hvae presented, with them raising capital FOR production, many of the risks associated with teh company RIGHT NOW will not exist (there is no assumption here, that is fact. if they are reaady to produce well that means they have successfully completed all teh acitvities they have planned to do etc etc). this derisking will be reflected in a price much higher than 2.8cents. so there won't be the 1.5billion share dilution you say.

and yes i am aware there will still be significant risk even at that stage, but all im talking about comparative risk between now and that potential scenario.
