Nasdaq had a shocker last night. Wont help DUB on Monday. Last time it traded below $1.20 was October 2020. That $110m CR @ $2.95 in July 2021 was an absolute masterstroke. The Speik acquisition was also a masterstroke paying them 4.7m DUB shares @ $3.33, however it's been a horrible tale of shareholder destruction since then.
They had $55m after the October 2020 placement, then raised $110m and last quarterly they had $108m.
They will most likely burn through $10m this quarter & cash will be sub $100m. So in approx 16-18 months they would have burnt through $57m - this is completely unsustainable. Product/Operating costs & Staff costs are running rampant and with another 25 roles to fill, cash burn is going to accelerate from here.
