what shall I answer, I have no clue. thought 2 years ago where they employed shift managers that the ball now gets rolling and we would see at least something over 35 tpa (one shift). turned out that nothing has happened as excpected. most probably those optimizations have been bug fixes and not an expansion of the capacity. nothing unusual if you setup something brand new, thats has never been done before. once again marketing, upgrade sounds better than bug fix ;-)
