I bought SYA to complement my PLL holding ONLY because of the successful NAL bid ... and that was simply because I felt I was "owed something" from CLQ and adding SYA gave me 100% of NAL asset.

I mean seriously, why would PLL even consider buying SYA. Clearly KP doesn't have the same attraction to Moblan that BL does, as PLL did not participate in the equity raising to purchase Moblan. Remind me what did PLL pay for 25% ownership of SYQ and what their ACP was for SYA shares (rhetorical answer required).

Oh sorry, did you guys mean SYA to acquire PLL. What would that get you? A NC mine that will never get permitted, 2 LHPs in NC that will never get built, a mine in Africa subject to sovereign risk of nationalization, an offtake agreement that ceases, .... who wants that?? Surely BL, a mining engineer, would run from that. Don't say he's attracted by the "fair value" equity investments of ~A$190M (SYA) & ~A$40M (ALL) and CCE (Dec 31, 2021) of ~A$88M ... that's more than hypocritical.

Besides, what currency is SYA going to use to buy a US$1.125B (A$1.54B) market cap company - hypothetically speaking.
