Again, my point is, anyone wanting to use the patents will want to own them. Your post does nothing to say that is incorrect.
You have already posted earlier that "Big Pharma" as you describe them,is the one with the resources to effectively use them, not Roquefort which you say is too small.
"Big Pharma" has already "looked elsewhere" to use your words. "Big Pharma" has said no, no, and no, when approached three times by Halasz, Wuurman and Walton. "Big Pharma" was already then aware of RNA technology.
You are suggesting that the Midkine patent setup is complicated. So what? What I am saying, again, is, if anybody wants to use it/them, they will want to own it/them. If not being able to do that because it is too hard, then I say they will ,again, "look elsewhere" to use your words.
