It doesn't mean the SP will go down. $10m is small vs the $300m plus market cap that MAY now has. It's a blip.

In my experience, CR's don't necessarily damage the company. They can in companies with no forward trajectory who are struggling for cash, and the dilution is usually much greater. MAY is neither of those things.

In other companies with major forward momentum, and MAY falls into this category, a small CR is a hygeine factor only process and the SP can even surge ahead after the raise is complete.

I have taken part in large CR raises where there is no news and the SP has stayed the same. Or, bought in large raises, and seen the SP still surge and later drop a little. And large raises where the SP dropped a bit. But those were very large.

No way of knowing! Especially as we don't know what news they're about to release.
