Unfortunately the thumb thingy on hc is a complete joke, all you have to do is have a look how its been abused from the time HC started it. So many times the most ridiculous or nothing posts get up ticks at times, and many great posts get thumbed down all because you maybe have gone against some down rampers or many posters opinions from time to time.

Personally I think the comp is a lot of fun, the hearts think was a great idea, just very hard to pull off, because we need so many doing it to get the person a heart ( hundreds I believe). As for a prize I can't see HC doing it because it will set up a precedent, and you'll have every thread running comps. Its a hard one, but maybe for now we may have to be content with congratulating the winner and acknowledging him on the great pick. But sure keeps the idea's coming guys.
