Who really knows Falszenk ???? Unprecedented waters for a PM and his actions to a Pep, thus Breeze struggling to update market, but in my mind there is only 2 options, Approval of the Pep or Compensation for breaking the rules of a ASX company just going about doing it’s Buissness to benefit the rule breaker the PM of all humans !!!…… one thing I do know the lawyers barristers etc would be living the dream on the PM,s actions around Pep11, imagine the billable hrs, thus the delay in lifting suspension, Breeze and Co can’t lift a suspension in Pep11 till they have a road map out, the only thing I can’t understand is why they are taking the weekly approach to suspension??? seems lame to me, why not just suspend BPH till the Government informs us to what they plan on doing with the basket case there PM has created otherwise it’s simple… lawyers $$$$$ = time a lot of it

As share holders we have no rights or say in this, the outcome is best just let it fester in the bottom draw, and push what ever buttons you can in the peripheral surrounding Pep11, I’m loosening no sleep over this, it’s just all about the fullness of time for Pep11 and BPH, it will all pan out, but it seems some cards have to be played first, obviously. And time is one of them. May maybe is another
