It doesn't work like that Buncher60. you do an equity placement when you need new money not someone to buy existing shares.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's to get them quickly to being a producer not just an explorer. You could see existing shareholders yelling.
if they had a capital raise as well as finding the option money.
Personally I have a call of over $85 K on those as do many longer term holders
I'm hoping it's a strategic partner like an oil company like She'll or Total who can help market the product
