Looks like I'm wrong.
The 15% is the maximum the company can raise without requiring the shareholders to convene a special meeting.
They only issued 20million at 10cents raising $2million. This is less than the 15% talked about.
More dilution ... not as bad as the last round at 5cents.
The deal remains .. real soon now ...
(Board Room Radio had a piece, from November, which indicates that "more than half a dozen" (ie 7 !?!) deals are on the table.)
