Well if they apply the scale back in some other way than that stated in their asx announcement on 4th November i hope it is well thought out as there is bound to be a few unhappy campers if dished out differently to those that held after the date or not ie. sold to fund spp. I for one think the way they stated it would be scaled back is the fairest across the board ie. proportionate to amount applied for. Are they bound at all by making that statement in an asx release. I didnt read any disclaimer??
