looks like the appendix 3B today is dealing with the first initial exercise of the 4,000,000 options. Would be suprised if the balance arent exercised but hey if they arent, then all good anyway. At current prices, the options are in effect a forced capital raising at discounted prices. CUS doesnt really need the cash. If they lapse then there should be no material difference in the calculation of normal and diluted EPS, so is good for EPS figures going forward.
