It's not really a dissapointment...RWD owns the rights to mine 27mt+ of Potash covered by an EL the size of Atlanta. They will still own the lease in 10 years. Sure they dont have access right now through a clash of egos but the value of the commodity will continue to rise in the years to come putting more and more pressure on the Martu to consider their long term future. Do you think they've made the right decision cause right now all they have is nothing except a right to deny access ? This could change especially when you've blindsided the AG. They have been given the choice of direct ownership in the project, plus jobs plus just about eveything else. Imo they've lost their minds. They can generate enough cash flow to set themselves up for the next 250 years and in 25 years time the lake will not have changed one iota. In fact it could probably be rehabed in 2 months.
