The announcement could literally say;
"The company regrets to inform shareholders that it will be winding up at the end of this month.
Liquidation partners have be brought in to ensure the companies creditors are paid and then any remaining assets distributed to shareholders with a special dividend"
And this mob would find some delusional way to see it as "GoOd FoR tHe CoMpAnY imo, dyor, nfa..."
