Honestly, I think its just that people are sick and tired of the incessant posts laughing at the misfortune of current holders. The posters that don't understand that their posts could well be the one that leads a person to suicide. Lots of people have lost good money - but there's really no need for random people coming on here and rubbing it in their faces. The average person looks for the positives (as you should in life) and are drawn to it. That's why there are more likes for positive posts.
We're all people - we come here for the community spirit, and its very lackluster here with very very poor moderation.
