    You're right Alexander

    Your view is simplistic

"You can dig a hole next door to Fort Knox but this does not mean you will find Gold. I understand this analogy is simplistic however the fact remains that being adjacent to a find means little"

    FYI

Sweden - Alum Shale Projects (Storsjon East and West). AEE holds 100% of 100km2 over the Alum Shale Uranium province in Northern Sweden. The deposits are also enriched in Vanadium, Molybdenum and Nickel. (Typically 0.01-0.03% U308, 0.013 -0.61% V205, and 0.025-0.026% M0O3. The adjacent Viken Licence (TSX: CZQ) has an inferred resource of 1.04 Billion lbs U308 (0.017% U308) and an indicated 9.9mlbs U308.

AEE drilling at Haggan licence (storsjon west project), 3935m diamond ended August 08. Intercepted 116m average thickness of mineralised shale (17 holes), eg 180m at 0.015% U308, 0.032% M0O3, and 0.025% V205 with 70m 0.02% U308.
Drilling in Aug - Sep08 at Northerly Marby licence, 7 holes found average thickness 96m including 126m at 0.014% U308.

Near term, resource target at Storsjon east > 100mlbs focused on thick higher grade zones. Long term target is 1.0 - 3.0 BT at 0.015% - 0.018% U308. ie: 330mlbs to 1200 mlbs.

So, it would seem some poor simple at AEE actually did some drilling in 2008 and it looks very good. (low grade just like Continentals but plenty of it)

What they are now doing now is drilling as much as they can to prove the area further. It's early days and you can't drill up a 1-3 BT resource on 1.6 million dollars. Based on the next round of results, hopefully they will find a backer to drill up some more.

As for why Continental doesn't have AEE's tenement right next door; I have no idea. But surmising that it's because it doesn't have any Uranium isn't correct as you can see from the 08 initial drilling.

AEE isn't an overnight top 30 stock. What it has is a heap of potential and thats especially the case if the price of Uranium increases with the current world shortage.

Personally, i like the prospect for the stock. If you don't like it, sell.
