Looks to me to be a very prudent cold hard business way of looking at things and you have to admit that the company do appear to have a strategy to make themselves a massive company. The new blokes have the engineering background and more importantly the green money background which we will need to capture the green concrete market. Rob has been excellent but everyone has their skill set for different times. Maybe a case of Rob has brought the company to a point where his skill set is less needed and other skills are required. It is a win win for the company and Rob, the company moving forward onto the next stage with the right people for the next stage whilst Rob has crr to take to new heights and probably start the ball rolling on new adventures. Remember Rob started a mining services company got it to a certain point and then sold it and moved on . Nothing is constant except change.
I am excited what energies and progress the new blokes are going to make. Hold on for the ride
