10nm DRAM. It would make sense for Nanya itself to purchase 4DS. It would be a (further) company maker for Nanya. Hope the new CEO thinks so,too about this possibility.

Its best not to rely on:
- the half truth/ hearsay/ water cooler talk of a MRAM developer at Imec;
- another engineer at Imec not working on 4DS technology (even if he/she may have said if they fix the etch issue, it will fly),
- Desu (can you please ask him on linkedin how he managed to issue falsified invoices for bogus travel expenses?)
and a jaded pimp ex holder - for whom cash is everything and who doesn't understand that more important than cash is the value of one's time.
Cash is a renewable resource. Time and reputation are irreplaceable. Character 101. No one taught him this as a little boy.
Why are you now wasting your time with such characters?
Most concerning to me is that 4DS employed Desu in the first place.
