Who knows what happens behind the scenes maybe there is an agreement that if the broker gets a cheap entry now, he will support the price and help it along the way. I hate the thought of these sophisticated wanker investors getting an easy entry and an easy profit. At the end of the day we all want the share price to go up to a fair level, which I consider now to be 30c plus, if this placement helps it along the way all is forgiven. If MAY takes off after the Trading-halt to over 20c then I will be happy and the 100 million which will be issued in reality is a small amount for a company with 3 billion shares on issue (once the options are converted).
