    Anyone with any commercial smarts would understand the price was effectively "set" by recent large off mkt tranches @20c, and where they came from.

    Next T20 will tell the story, current Mgt have built a very solid SH group at the top of the register, a number of those names significant to the point of attracting further attention to this microcap.
