Putin: "My popularity in Russia is waning so I'm going to start a war and grab Eastern Ukraine to spur some Russian nationalism and get international attention as a strong man"
Xi: "The west will protest"
Putin: "The Germans need our gas and NATO is brain dead, the Ukranians won't fight once they see how big my army is. It will all be over in a week, and the west will make noise like before when I grabbed Crimea, but thats all... If you support me I will help you grab Taiwan"
