unmanaged advertisements = brand dilution = less adoption and/or more churn = less data corrections by professionals = less quality data = less API deals = less revenue in the long term.
I want big ticket deals, give me exclusive advertising rights with brand X, partnership deal with company Y, acquisition by company Z.
Google Ads aren't free, and making money off users has never really been touted as where they see the money flows coming in.
