There is nothing stopping that happening, but who is going to let a third party test a product that almost know one can get information out of! I know I wouldn't let someone else test it if I had my own equipment. Obviously the bod don't want anyone to know anything , and shareholders want to know everything. The share price capitulated because investors don't wat to wait 9 months for a return, we live in the age of now not 6 months or next year, everyone wants the info now.
