It looks and sounds like POSCO and Gina have bullied their way into a bargain, and royally shafted SXY shareholders in the process. But isn't this always the case, and how the rich and powerful get even wealthier, at the expense of your average normal ordinary hard-working and tax paying Mums and Dads.

Anyway, it's done now, time to move on.
