    Transaction does not seem to imply a partnership, association, or merger.
    More like a sale or purchase of assets or shares!

    Any rumors out there?

    The short flurry of trades just before the announcement pushed the price up by some 7%, which would imply that someone out there knows something and that the news will be positive.
