It’s absolutely staggering how Norman has managed to turn FAR from being on the edge of realising enormous profits from the significant Senegal proven oil reserves…….into a complete dog of a stock. Skin in the game from senior management snd BOD rather than just viewing FAR as a lucrative source of remuneration may have drive them to better manage the Balance Sheet (ie raise equity when the share price was buoyant) and also manage their exposure to Senegal at a level that would firm up debt funding. On both counts FAR management has been completely incompetent IMO.
