To underline what I posted yesterday...
The message the Company has sent to the market is that the assets are worth 12 cents per share.
Further, I haven't seen anyone comment to the contrary that they would have put the CR out to institutions in the full knowledge of what the Independent Assessor had come up with.
The Pre-Open price was 17.5 cents at one stage, we're now trading at 14 cents sellers which is what the price was before the the Independent report was released.
In my view on that report the Market Cap. should be close a billion dollars not the $374 million odd that it is now.
As other posters have intimated, are these just lifestyle Directors ?
