This is a good find for holders and demonstrates that Jens Nielsen is following through with previous questions going back to last year regarding Paul Schmith and legal advice given to GoG regarding GML . Naaja Nathanielsen refused to show that legal advice received at that time.

It would seem that Najaa is running to her own tune....


I have looked up when the parliament meets and it seems to be once in the spring and Once in the autumn The dates I have found are for next week from Monday 21st to Thursday 24th ...


My view is that the GoG the client to the law firm and they have been given advice as to certain outcomes plus also how the law stands regarding GML position. Whatever that advice I believe that Najaa is running to her own agenda and not taking on board what that advice contains. Poul Schmith has not been present at any meetings that Najaa has had with GML and their lawyer and (see some of my last post's up to Back to January).
She has dominated the discussions from her performance showing not to be open and transparent and with holding information that may affect her agenda.

So far she has not changed her commentary and has refused to show that advice to the parliament and how Greenland stands...

As before when it was suggested in the parliament that a Referendum should be held, her answer was that it is unnecessary.

The actions of Greenland at present when they are stating that they are open for business and Rare Earth Supply is very questionable when you look at how GML is being treated other mining companies would be accessing this versus the costs of doing business in Greenland. The conflict in the Ukraine has Excerberated the issues with Critical Minerals supply and supply chains and many other issues of severe concern for freedom and democracy...

Greenland Can't just sit on the fence and watch the ICE MELT and the rest be held to ransom by just a few, As the Ice melts Greenland will be in great danger from other sources as the Arctic becomes a battle ground for dominance......

I'm thinking next week in the parliament will be a critical time for GML and depending on how Najaa reacts and if the questions are presented and answered. It seems that they do not actually meet much and she did delay the White Paper to sometime in the autumn which really means how long is a piece of string.
This maybe the point where something postive will come out of the meeting or GML will resort to presenting a legal action which may force Najaa to the negotiating table....It's all down to the advice the Government received from poul Schmith....If Najaa discloses ALL....
